The current support for subscriptions is limited to a [component] having a "subscription" property. That creates the minimal SubscriptionDefinition.
The messaging service should register a ConfigHandler for a top-level [subscription] where more configuration options will be available. The properties available on a subscription would initially include: channel, component, function, and concurrency (for the dispatcher).
